Before you begin to prepare your lasagne, it is important that you prepare all of your ingredients. Start by cooking the meats  you are using in the dish. If  using ground beef or sausage, cook  until  no longer pink and remove any excess fat.If you're using chicken or other meats like pork chops or steaks, cook them until  cooked through but still tender. Once the meats are cooked, set them aside while you prepare the vegetables.

If you are using frozen vegetables, be sure to defrost them before adding them to your dish. Once all of your vegetables are prepared, set them aside while you prepare the cheese and sauce for your lasagna.

For cheese, use ricotta  for a creamy texture and mozzarella  for a melted texture when cooking lasagna in the oven. For the sauce, use  store-bought ketchup or make your own Alfredo sauce with butter, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder to spice up the traditional ketchup.

Assembling Your Lasagna
Once you have all the ingredients ready, it's time to assemble your lasagna! Start by preheating the oven to 190°C. Grease an ovenproof dish with butter or oil, then spread out half  the pasta sheets, then half  the meat mixture, then half  the vegetable mixture, then half  the cheese mixture and finally  half  the sauce mixture. Repeat this layering process one more time, finishing with a layer of  sheets of pasta, topped with the remaining sauce mixture, then sprinkle
